Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Prof. Günter Grättinger

Prof. Günter Grättinger was (senior) partner of our patent law firm from his admission as a patent attorney until 2015, thereafter Counsel. In addition to his activities as a patent attorney, he was, among others

• Chairman of the Bavarian Patent Attorneys Association for four years
• long-standing member of the board and delegate in the Federal Association of Patent Attorneys
• Chairman of the Board of PAVIS Verrechnungs-, Informations- und Serviceorganisation der Patentanwälte in Deutschland e.G. (1980 to 2008)
• Lecturer at the University of Passau (1997 to 2007)
• Honorary member of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Passau
• Teaching in China (from 1990), also within the framework of a funding project of the German Federal Government and
• Visiting Professor at the Renmin University of China - School of Law

Since July 1, 2019, Prof. Grättinger is working as a mediator.
